  • Friday, May 3 to Sunday, May 5 The STRICTLY BOATERS Boat Show. New Jersey’s newest and most unique boat show has been designed to appeal to the serious boat buyer, boat manufacturers and dealers, and select boating related land-based exhibitors.   • Saturday, May 4 Chocolate Championship Tour & Tasting: Taste, tour, vote! Inns, B&Bs and restaurants are vying for Cape May’s Chocolate Champion title and you’re the judge. Visit each competitor’s property, sample their signature chocolate dessert and vote for your favorites. Those who turn in completed evaluation cards will get recipes by email.   • Saturday, May 11 Cape May Lighthouse 25/20 Celebration: Help celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC) reopening the Cape May Lighthouse for climbs to the top, and the release after 20 years of the digitally re-mastered CD by Cape May guitarist Geno White, “Music From Inside the Lighthouse,” in which he recorded tracks from inside the 1859 Cape May Lighthouse. Hear the gentle sounds of White playing live on the grounds, enjoy lighthouse-themed entertainment and climb the 199 steps to the top.   • Delaware Bay Lighthouse Adventure: Come aboard the Cape May Whale Watcher or the Spirit of Cape May to view and photograph historic lighthouses of the late 19thand early part of the 20th centuries. Most of these lighthouses stand on pedestals out of sight of land and are still operational. Each cruise includes narration on Delaware Bay lore and legend, with information on fishing, spawning grounds and more.
