Maritime communities are a specialty of our development business inclusive of operating marinas and full service boat yards for the last 25 years. It is with this background in mind that we purchased the Cape May property with an eye to improve and complete the residential development and to enhance the existing marina. Boat service inclusive of a winter storage program remains a part of our plans moving forward along with our fuel dock, travel lift and service from the outstanding team you have come to know.

Some of our new marina customers may know us from our Harbour Cove Marina property in Somers Point, New Jersey. This 400 slip, two basin marina was developed by R Randle Scarborough and captures the waterside living lifestyle of the Jersey Shore. It is with this lifestyle in mind that we have now set a course to blend marine commerce and a livable community together on the same property.
