New Jerseyans displaced by Hurricane Sandy can vote by e-mail or fax

New Jerseyans displaced by Hurricane Sandy can vote by e-mail or fax.

Displaced voters should submit a mail-in ballot application - by e-mail or fax - to their county clerks. The clerks will electronically send back a ballot by fax or e-mail, according to the voter's preference. Voters must return the electronic ballot - again by fax or e-mail – no later than 8 p.m. Tuesday.
