The Monarch butterfly is a milkweed butterfly, in the family Nymphalidae. It is perhaps the best known of all North American butterfly. I took this picture in front of the Cape May Winery last week end.

We personally visit this shop almost every week end and and have purchased several decoration and collectible items. If you go early you are next door to the Cape May Bake Shop for a coffee and fresh baked goods, and don't forget you are across the street from the West Cape May Park.. Don't miss this fun and uniques indoor market in Cape May, you are not only supporting our local Cape May artist you are also re-purposing older antique items which is the green thing to do. The West End Garage is located at 484 Perry Street in Cape May, 609 770 8261. The shop hours are Sunday to Thursday 10am-6PM, Friday-Saturday 10am-8PM. The West End Garage supports over 20 local artist with various mediums for sales, as well as art classes and events.
